Are your technicians certified?
Our team includes RVTI credentialed technicians and senior team members with Master certification. Ask your advisor about the qualifications relevant to your RV and the work you need.
What licenses and insurance do you carry?
We are a Florida licensed motor vehicle repair facility, we hold a Florida LP Gas license for propane work, and we carry general liability and garage-keepers insurance on every vehicle and every job. We can provide certificates on request for storage facilities or campgrounds that require them before we perform work on premises.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes. Every job we complete carries a 30-day workmanship warranty. If something we fixed fails within 30 days from workmanship (not from a defective part or an unrelated failure), we come back and make it right at no additional charge.
Do you work with extended service contracts?
Yes. We work with most major extended service contract providers. We inspect the failure, document the cause, file the claim, coordinate with the adjuster, and complete the repair. See our extended service contract claims page for details.
