Who will actually be working on my RV?
An RV Service Now employee arrives in a company vehicle and works directly with our service team. Tell your advisor about the RV and the work you need so we can match the visit to the right technician. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
What exactly can you do at my RV that a dealership does in a shop?
We provide mobile diagnosis, repair and maintenance for RV living systems, including appliances, slides, roofs, electrical and plumbing. Tell us about the job and where the RV is parked so we can discuss scope and access.
Do you charge a service call fee?
Yes. Every visit includes a service call fee that covers travel and the initial diagnostic. It's disclosed up front when you book, and if the repair happens on the same visit that fee gets applied toward the total. See the Pricing and Warranty page for the current rate.
How quickly can you get to me?

Do you work on all brands?
Yes. Class A, Class B, Class C, fifth wheels, travel trailers, and toy haulers from every major manufacturer. Our technicians train across the mainstream platforms and pull the factory service literature for anything unusual.
What about parts?
Common wear parts and consumables are on the truck. Anything ordered specifically for your repair, like a slide motor, a specific control board, a replacement AC unit, or roof material, is ordered after the diagnostic and quoted with a lead time on the written estimate.
Do you handle extended service contract claims?
Yes. We file claims directly with the major extended service contract providers on your behalf, coordinate adjusters, submit documentation, and get authorization before the work starts. See the ESC Claims page for detail.
What's the warranty on your work?
30 days on our workmanship. If our repair isn't right, we come back and make it right. Parts carry their own manufacturer warranty on top of that.
How do I know if a repair is worth doing versus replacing the RV?
Some repairs hit numbers where an insurance write off or a trade in makes more sense than the fix. A badly rotted slide, a delaminated roof, widespread water damage across a big section of the RV. If that's what the diagnostic shows, that's what the written estimate will say.
