Pricing & Warranty
No two RVs — and no two visits — are the same.
So we don't quote firm prices over the phone. We diagnose, put it in writing, and let you approve before anything gets fixed.
How pricing actually works
Two written estimates. Zero surprises.
Call us. Get a free estimate for the visit.
A service advisor — someone who spent years writing repair orders at large dealerships — walks through the symptom with you. Before we schedule anything, you get a free written estimate covering exactly what the visit will cost. If it's something we can talk you through on the phone at no charge, we'll do that instead and tell you so.
We diagnose. Then a second estimate.
Once we know what's wrong, you get a second written estimate for the repair itself — parts, labor, and total. We find out what's actually wrong first, then tell you exactly what it costs.
Nothing gets fixed until you approve.
That's the only honest way to price this work. The same symptom — a refrigerator that won't cool, an AC that won't start — can be a ten-minute fix or a major component replacement. Anyone who quotes you a firm price over the phone without knowing which one is guessing.
A better way to get diagnosed
Skip the dealer runaround.
Dealer service departments are expensive and getting more so. Between the drive to the dealer, the wait for a bay, and the hourly rate once you're in one, the diagnosis alone can cost you real money before a single repair is authorized. We give you two better options:
Diagnose by video
Connect with an RVTI-certified technician on your phone. Show us what's happening, get a real answer, and in a lot of cases get it resolved on the spot — with a full written breakdown of our findings sent to you afterward.
We come to you
Your driveway, your storage lot, your campsite. No tow, no drop-off, no back lot, no month of waiting.
Either way you get a certified technician, a written estimate before any repair begins, and our 30-day workmanship guarantee on every repair we complete. If our work isn't right, we come back and make it right.

Real work, real technicians
Every quote comes from someone who's actually turning the wrench.
No phone estimators guessing at prices from a call center. Our RVTI-certified technicians diagnose in person, put the price in writing, and only start work after you approve it.
Warranty work
Warranty is where most RV owners get frustrated.
Here's exactly how it works with us — no surprises.
Manufacturer warranty
Every manufacturer sets its own terms, and not all of them authorize outside service providers. We are actively working toward direct warranty authorization with as many manufacturers as we can. Today it's case by case, so call us first and we'll tell you straight whether we can bill your manufacturer directly.
When we can't bill them directly
You'll need to contact your manufacturer or warranty provider, describe the problem, and obtain authorization for the repair. Once you have it, we'll complete the work and stay in communication with them throughout. When we're finished, you receive a full documented breakdown — diagnosis, cause, parts, labor, and photos — formatted so you can submit it for reimbursement if they won't pay us directly.
Extended warranties and service contracts
Most require pre-authorization before any work begins, so have your contract number and provider ready when you call. We document the failure, submit for approval, and coordinate the entire claim with them.
We don't charge you to handle the claim
Filing, pre-authorization, documentation, and following up on a denial are all included. Many service departments bill an administrative fee for that work. We don't. Our advisors do this every day and they're on your side of the table.
What to expect
Be aware that warranty and service-contract providers frequently do not cover the full cost of a repair. Many cap the labor rate they'll reimburse, exclude trip charges, and apply a deductible. We won't reduce our rate to match what a provider authorizes, so any difference is out of pocket. We'll tell you what that number is before we start, not after.
Help us help you
We know this isn't ideal, and we're working hard to support as many warranty programs as possible. The fastest way to change it is demand. Next time you talk to your manufacturer or warranty provider, tell them you'd like RV Service Now approved as an authorized service provider. It genuinely moves the needle — and we'd be grateful.
Verify us
Don't take our word for it.
Florida requires licensing for propane work and for motorized RV repair, and plenty of operators don't have it. We do. Look us up with the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services before you book — with us or with anybody else.
