Last updated: August 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how ABFL2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as RV Service Now ("RV Service Now," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you visit rvservicenow.com or any related pages, forms, subdomains, and online services (collectively, the "Site"), when you contact us, when you request or receive our services, and when you communicate with us by phone, email, or text message.
If you do not agree with this Policy, do not use the Site or provide us with your personal information.

- Website: rvservicenow.com
- Privacy contact: the phone number above or the contact form on the Site.
- Information we collect
We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information collected automatically when you use the Site, and information we receive from third parties.
2.1 Information you give us
- Identifiers and contact information: first and last name, mailing/service address, email address, mobile and other phone numbers.

- Reviews and content: any review, testimonial, comment, photograph, or video you submit through the Site or a third-party review platform.
- Payment information (when applicable): if and when the Site enables online payments, we (through our payment processor) will collect payment-card details, billing address, and a transaction record. We do not store full card numbers on our own servers; the processor handles those under its own terms.
- Employment and vendor information: if you apply for a job or ask to work with us as a vendor or partner, we collect the information you submit in that context (résumé, references, business information, tax forms, insurance information).
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device and browser information: IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version, language, screen size, and device identifiers.
- Usage information: pages you view, the referring URL, links you click, search terms you enter on the Site, dates and times of visits, session duration, and interaction events (form submissions, button clicks).
- Location information: approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location from the Site.
- Cookies and similar technologies: we and our service providers use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Site, remember your preferences, measure performance, and support advertising. See Section 5 below.
2.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Analytics and advertising partners (for example, aggregated audience or campaign data);
- Referral partners such as campgrounds, dealerships, or roadside programs that refer you to us;
- Public sources such as vehicle-registration data, business records, or social-media profiles you have made public;
- Payment processors, credit-card networks, and fraud-prevention vendors when a payment is attempted or disputed;
- Background-check, motor-vehicle-record, and drug-screening providers (for employment or contractor applicants only).
2.4 Information about children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
- How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide services and run the business: respond to your inquiry; schedule, dispatch, perform, invoice, and follow up on service; complete diagnostics; handle warranty claims; process payments (when enabled); maintain the job record; manage our technicians and vans; and communicate with you about your job.
- Operate the Site: deliver, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; diagnose technical issues; and prevent fraud and abuse.
- Communicate with you: by phone, text (see Section 4), email, or mail — including appointment confirmations and reminders, ETA and arrival messages, quotes and estimates, invoices, receipts, warranty notices, safety-related notices, and responses to your questions.
- Marketing and advertising: measure the performance of our marketing; deliver interest-based advertising through search engines, social networks, and other channels; send you promotional communications you have opted in to receive; and evaluate new services and pricing.
- Legal, safety, and compliance: comply with law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our contracts and Terms of Service, defend legal claims, protect the rights and safety of RV Service Now, our employees, our customers, and the public, and address any actual or suspected fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity.
- Business transactions: evaluate, negotiate, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business or assets, subject to reasonable confidentiality protections.
Legal bases (informational). We use personal information because it is necessary to provide the services you have requested, because we have your consent (for example, for text messages or optional cookies), because it is in our legitimate business interests (for example, to secure the Site or measure marketing), or because we must to comply with law.
- Text messages (SMS)
When you provide a mobile number on the Site, on a form, or in the course of your job, you consent to receive text messages from RV Service Now — including appointment confirmations, technician ETA and arrival notices, quote and payment reminders, follow-up messages about your job, and, if you have opted in, marketing messages. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with your account activity.
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out; HELP for help. Opting out does not affect service already scheduled or performed.
We do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in status with third parties for their own marketing.
- Cookies, analytics, and advertising technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site, including:
- Strictly necessary cookies — needed to serve pages, remember form entries during a session, prevent abuse, and keep the Site secure. These cannot be turned off through us.
- Analytics cookies — used by tools such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to help us understand how visitors use the Site (pages visited, referring source, time on page, general geography) and to improve the Site and our marketing.
- Advertising and social-media cookies and pixels — used by tools such as Google Ads, the Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel, TikTok, Microsoft Advertising, and similar platforms to measure the performance of our ads, build audiences of people who have visited the Site, and show you interest-based advertising on their platforms and across the web. These technologies may share information about your visit and device with those platforms, and those platforms may combine it with information they already hold about you.
How to manage cookies. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Note that some parts of the Site may not work properly if you block cookies.
Do Not Track. Browsers may transmit a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for interpreting DNT, the Site does not currently respond to those signals. We do honor recognized opt-out preference signals to the extent required by applicable state law (see Section 8).
Opt out of interest-based ads. You can also opt out of interest-based advertising by many participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info), the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org), and the mobile-app AppChoices tool (youradchoices.com/appchoices). Opting out through those tools does not stop all data collection; it stops the delivery of interest-based ads by participating companies.
- How we share information
We share personal information in the following circumstances, and not for other purposes without your consent:
- Service providers we use to run the business — for example: our field-service and dispatch platform, our accounting and payroll systems, our video-diagnostic platform, our phone and messaging providers, our email provider, our website hosting and analytics vendors, our advertising platforms, our payment processor (when applicable), our background-check and MVR vendors (for applicants only), our insurance and legal advisors, and other vendors that support our operations. These providers are permitted to use the information only to provide services to RV Service Now, subject to appropriate confidentiality and security obligations.
- Advertising platforms, as described in Section 5, in connection with the ad pixels and audiences we use.
- Partners and referral sources with your consent — for example, if you were referred to us by a campground or roadside program and we need to update them on the status of your service.
- Legal, safety, and fraud purposes — to comply with a subpoena, court order, or other legal process; to respond to a lawful request by a public authority; to enforce our Terms of Service, Mobile Service Agreement, or other agreements; to protect the rights, property, or safety of RV Service Now, our employees, our customers, or the public; and to investigate or prevent actual or suspected fraud or wrongdoing.
- Business transactions — in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale, or transfer of some or all of our business or assets, or in connection with due diligence for any of the foregoing.
We do not sell your personal information for money. However, some of the advertising cookies and pixels described in Section 5 may qualify as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under certain state privacy laws (including California's CCPA/CPRA). See Section 8 for your rights and how to opt out.
- How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, run the business, and comply with our legal, tax, insurance, and accounting obligations. Specifically:
- Customer, job, and communication records are retained for the life of the customer relationship and for at least the applicable Florida statutes of limitation on contract, warranty, and personal-injury claims.
- Payment and financial records are retained as required by tax and accounting rules, generally at least seven years.
- Employment and contractor records are retained as required by federal and state law (including I-9, wage-and-hour, and payroll-tax rules).
- Marketing and website analytics data is retained for the period configured with each provider (for example, Google Analytics retention windows) and may be aggregated or de-identified thereafter.
When we no longer need personal information, we delete, destroy, or de-identify it.
- Your privacy choices and rights
Certain state laws give residents specific rights over their personal information. The rights below are examples; the exact rights that apply to you depend on where you live.
8.1 All U.S. residents
You may:
- Opt out of marketing email — by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
- Opt out of marketing texts — by replying STOP to any marketing text (see Section 4).
- Update your contact information — by contacting us at (877) 777-7908 or through the contact form on the Site.
- Request access to or correction of your information — by contacting us as described above. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
8.2 California residents (CCPA / CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to:
- Know what categories of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we use it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it;
- Access the specific pieces of personal information we have collected;
- Correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you;
- Delete personal information we have collected from you, subject to legal exceptions (for example, information we need to complete a transaction, comply with law, or defend legal claims);
- Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising — including through the advertising pixels described in Section 5;
- Limit the use of sensitive personal information, to the extent we process any;
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny you services, charge you a different price, or provide you a different level of quality because you exercised a CCPA right.
To exercise these rights, call us at (877) 777-7908 or submit a request through the contact form on the Site. We will verify your identity by matching the information you provide against our records. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; the agent must provide written proof of authority. Opt out of "sale"/"sharing": contact us as described above; we also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal on the browser used to visit the Site as an opt-out request for that browser.
8.3 Florida residents (Florida Digital Bill of Rights)
Florida residents have limited rights under the Florida Digital Bill of Rights. Those rights primarily apply to consumers dealing with very large controllers meeting statutory thresholds; RV Service Now is a small business and, based on its current operations, does not meet those thresholds. Even so, Florida residents may exercise the choices in Section 8.1 and may contact us with any privacy question or request.
8.4 Other state residents
If you are a resident of another U.S. state with a comprehensive consumer privacy law (for example, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Oregon, Texas, Delaware, Iowa, Montana, New Jersey, New Hampshire, Nebraska, Tennessee, Indiana, Minnesota, Maryland, or Rhode Island), you may have rights similar to those listed in Section 8.2. Contact us as described in Section 1 to exercise those rights.
- Security
We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information — including access controls, encryption in transit, vendor-security review, and role-based permissions in our field-service and accounting systems. No system is 100% secure. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials, contact information, and payment credentials confidential and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized use.
- Third-party links and platforms
The Site links to and may embed content from third-party services, including maps, video platforms, payment processors, review sites, and social-media platforms. Those third parties collect and use information under their own privacy policies. RV Service Now is not responsible for the privacy practices of any third party.
- Interstate transfers
RV Service Now is based in the United States. Personal information we collect is processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different data-protection laws than your country of residence.
- Changes to this Policy
RV Service Now may update this Policy at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be identified as such. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
