Mobile RV Hydronic Heating Service

Restore dependable cabin heat and hot water

Losing heat or hot water can make an RV difficult to live in. We diagnose and service Aqua-Hot and Oasis hydronic systems at your RV, including burner, circulation and control concerns. We explain the findings and recommended work before you approve repairs.

What we hear from RV owners

Heating and hot water concerns

✓ Diesel burner won't fire, or fires and quickly shuts down
✓ Hot water runs out fast, or never gets truly hot
✓ One or more heating zones stays cold no matter the setting
✓ Electric-element side works but the diesel side won't run
✓ Fault or lockout code on the control panel
✓ Smoke, soot, or a diesel smell at startup
✓ Boiler fluid low, discolored, or has never been changed
✓ RV is due for its scheduled interval and needs it documented

No hot water, uneven cabin heat or repeated burner shutdowns are reasons to schedule hydronic service. Testing should identify the affected part of the system before recommending repairs.

Heat and hot water problems need a system check

Different installations need different service procedures. Maintenance history, control information and operating tests help identify the work needed.

What we service

Service for the system that heats your RV and water

We service Aqua-Hot and Oasis by ITR hydronic systems. Share the model and service history so we can discuss scheduled maintenance, diagnostics and appropriate replacement components.

Scheduled Maintenance

Boiler fluid service, burner nozzle and electrode replacement, combustion chamber inspection, fuel filter, air intake, and control-panel diagnostic, performed to the manufacturer's interval so the service history stays clean.

Diagnostic & Repair

Burner lockout troubleshooting, fuel pump and ignition faults, heat-exchanger and coolant-loop testing, zone pump replacement, thermostat and control-board work.

Rebuild & Restore

Full burner rebuilds, coolant system flush and refill, element replacement, and restoration of neglected units, with a documented before-and-after so you know what was done.

What most owners don't realize

Keep maintenance and service records together

Use the maintenance schedule for your system's model and keep records of completed work. Share any warranty or service contract requirements with your advisor before scheduling.

Changes in hot water, zone heating or burner operation deserve an evaluation. We distinguish scheduled maintenance from repairs and explain the findings before proceeding.

We perform the service to the manufacturer's specification and document what we did, so the RV runs correctly and the service record holds up.

How the visit works

From diagnosis to an approved repair

1

Free written service estimate

You tell us the RV, the unit, and what it's doing. We quote the visit in writing so you know the number before we schedule.

2

Diagnosis at your RV

An RV Service Now technician experienced with hydronic heating arrives at the location where the RV lives, runs the unit, reads the panel, and identifies the exact failure or the interval work required.

3

Repair estimate, then the work

A second written estimate covers parts, fluid, labor, and total. Approve it and the work happens, with the service documented for your records.

Why this matters here

Schedule hydronic service around your travel plans

Share the system model, fault codes and last service date. We can evaluate heating and hot water concerns and discuss maintenance based on the manufacturer's requirements and the equipment's condition.

Keep the service documentation with your RV maintenance records.

Hydronic service involves more than the heater enclosure. Supporting controls, the reservoir and connected components need to be considered with the symptoms and service history.

Common questions.

Who will actually be working on my RV?

An RV Service Now employee arrives in a company vehicle and works directly with our service team. Tell your advisor about the RV and the work you need so we can match the visit to the right technician. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

How often does an Aqua-Hot or Oasis need service?

Both manufacturers publish specific intervals for burner service, coolant service, and component replacement. The exact schedule depends on the model and year of your unit. We match your unit to its factory service schedule and tell you where you stand before quoting the work.

Will skipped maintenance really void my warranty?

Follow the manufacturer's schedule and keep service records. Warranty and service contract obligations depend on the applicable terms; ask the provider about specific coverage requirements.

My burner won't fire but the electric element still heats the water. Is that safe to keep using?

Tell your advisor the model, fault indication and symptoms. Follow the manufacturer's operating guidance and arrange an evaluation of the burner fault. Stop using the system if you notice a fuel leak, smoke or an abnormal exhaust concern.

Do you carry the correct fluid and parts?

We identify the required fluid and compatible components for the installed model. Your advisor confirms parts needs and availability when planning the service.

How long does a full scheduled service take?

Most scheduled services complete in a single visit at your RV. Larger jobs, coolant flush and refill combined with a burner rebuild, for example, are scheduled with parts staged in advance so we finish in one appointment when possible.

Can you work on my hydronic system at a campground or storage lot?

Yes. Driveway, storage lot, campground, resort. Wherever the RV is parked. We arrive in a fully stocked service van.
