What we hear from motorhome owners

Common reasons to schedule motorhome service

Hydronic heat fault or the Aqua-Hot won't fire
Hydraulic slide won't move, or the whole motorhome won't level
Onan or Cummins generator won't start, throws a fault, or trips out
Residential fridge shuts down when the motorhome goes off shore power
Rooftop ACs won't cool, freeze into a block, or one of three isn't running
Inverter faulting, transfer switch not transferring, or breakers tripping
Awning won't extend or the wind sensor is dropping it randomly
Roof caps peeling, front cap gel-coat cracking, or Alpha-Superflex vents cracked
Water heater or on-demand system fault
Water pump cycling, wet spot in a slide, or evidence of a past leak
Multiplex or Firefly system throwing faults, or a switch panel is dead
Buying a used motorhome and want a pre-purchase inspection
Motorhome exterior showing the entry door, front wheel, awnings and extended slide
A motorhome's living systems need attention just as its exterior does. Mobile service can focus on the slide, awning, plumbing or appliance concern affecting your next trip.

Common questions.

Who will actually be working on my RV?

An RV Service Now employee arrives in a company vehicle and works directly with our service team. Tell your advisor about the RV and the work you need so we can match the visit to the right technician. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

What does the house-side service cover?

RV Service Now services the house side of the motorhome. Every system inside the RV, every appliance, the roof and seals, the slides, the awnings, the hydraulic leveling, the generator, and the house electrical bay. That's the full scope of what an owner uses day to day at a campground, a resort, or in storage.

Do you service Newmar, Tiffin, and Entegra?

Yes. Higher-end Class A motorhomes are a large portion of what we service. Multiplex electrical, hydronic heat, hydraulic leveling and slides, residential appliances on inverter power, and full-body paint care. Our RV technicians train specifically on these platforms.

What about Class B and Sprinter-based motorhomes?

Yes. Class B units from Airstream, Winnebago, Coachmen, Pleasure-Way, and Roadtrek are all serviced. Super-C builders like Renegade, Nexus, and Dynamax as well. Compact house systems, lithium electrical, propane and induction cooktops, and cassette or macerator plumbing on the Class B side; residential-scale systems on the super-C side.

My hydronic heat won't fire. Can you diagnose it on site?

Yes. Aqua-Hot and Oasis hydronic diagnostics are one of our specialties. See our hydronic heating service page for the specific fault categories we handle, from a nozzle-and-electrode swap to a full burner or heat exchanger job.

Onan or Cummins generator issues?

Yes. On-board Onan and Cummins generators are one of our core service specialties. Load-fault diagnosis, fuel-system service, exhaust and mount inspection, and scheduled maintenance. See our generator repair page.

Do you inspect motorhomes before purchase?

Yes. Motorhome pre-purchase inspections cover every house system, roof, seals, slides, hydraulics, and interior. See our inspections page for what's covered.

Can you service my motorhome at a resort or campground?

Yes. We work at resorts, campgrounds, driveways, storage lots, and everywhere in between. RV Service Now is fully licensed and insured in Florida, and we can provide a certificate of insurance on request.

Do you handle motorhome windshield work?

Yes. We coordinate motorhome windshield repair and replacement on request. Scheduling, glass availability, and coverage details vary. Call 877-777-7908 to discuss your specific rig.
