Leaks, pressure loss and fixture problems

Leaks, low pressure and drainage concerns

Water pump won't prime, cycles constantly, or runs when nothing's on
Faucet drips, weak pressure, or hot and cold reversed
Fresh water tank leaking or won't hold pressure
Toilet won't hold water in the bowl, weak flush, or leaks at the base
Gray or black tank valves stuck, leaking, or won't close
Tank sensors always read full or always read empty
Wet spot under a cabinet, in a slide, or in the pass-through
Pressure regulator failure or shore water damage risk
RV water service compartment with valves and hose connections
Leaks, low pressure and trouble switching water sources can begin at the service bay. The valves, connections and supply setup need checking together.

Get help with a leaking fixture or drain problem

A leaking toilet, loose drain connection or sticking waste valve can disrupt everyday use of your RV. Tell us where you see water or where drainage has changed so we can evaluate the affected fixture and connections.

RV holding tank drain outlet with valve handles and connected drain piping
The drain outlet, valves and piping are separate parts of the holding tank system. Report a sticking handle, dripping connection or incomplete drainage so the visit can focus on the affected area.
RV toilet with a foot operated flush pedal
RV toilet and foot flush pedal. Tell us whether water appears at the base, the valve keeps running or the bowl will not hold water; those symptoms help narrow the inspection.

How the visit works

Agree on the work before repairs begin

1

Tell us the symptom

Call or fill out the form. Describe what you're seeing. We schedule a diagnostic visit at your RV.

2

Diagnostic and written estimate

Technician isolates the leak or failure, tests the affected system, and writes an estimate covering parts, labor, and timing before any panel comes off.

3

Approved work happens on site

After you approve the estimate, we confirm parts availability and schedule the repair. Completed work is tested and carries our 30 day workmanship warranty.

Built for Florida

A plumbing leak needs a source diagnosis

Water under a cabinet may come from a nearby connection or from somewhere less obvious. Tell us whether it appears on the pump, on city water or after rain. We trace the source and check accessible surrounding areas before recommending repairs.

Common questions.

Who will actually be working on my RV?

An RV Service Now employee arrives in a company vehicle and works directly with our service team. Tell your advisor about the RV and the work you need so we can match the visit to the right technician. Certificates of insurance are available on request.

My water pump runs constantly even when the water is off. What's wrong?

A pump that continues running needs checks for pressure loss, supply problems and pump operation. Tell us whether water is visible and whether the symptom changes on a city water connection.

My tank sensors always read full. Can they be fixed?

We assess whether the issue involves buildup, wiring or a failed sensor before recommending cleaning or replacement. Access and repair options depend on the tank and sensor design.

Can you replace a toilet?

Yes. We swap Thetford, Dometic, Sealand, and Aqua-Magic units, and we handle the floor flange, seal, and water connection at the same time. Bring us a toilet or we'll source one.

What about a fresh water tank replacement?

We do them. Access varies by RV, and on some units the tank comes out through a specific panel that requires disassembly. The diagnostic tells us what's involved, and the written estimate reflects the actual work.

My city water inlet is leaking. Can you replace it?

Yes. Common failure, especially on RVs that get pressurized without a regulator. We replace the inlet and add a pressure regulator inline if you don't already have one.

Do you handle warranty and extended service contract claims for plumbing?

We can help with diagnostic documentation and provider authorization. Coverage depends on your contract and the cause of failure. Share the contract before approving claim-related work, and see our claims service for the process.
