Common questions.
Who will actually be working on my RV?
An RV Service Now employee arrives in a company vehicle and works directly with our service team. Tell your advisor about the RV and the work you need so we can match the visit to the right technician. Certificates of insurance are available on request.
Do you work on Airstream travel trailers?
Yes. Airstream owners are one of our recurring customer bases. We work on the aluminum-shell trailers as well as the composite-body models, including roof seams, rivet leaks, endcap seals, appliance service, and interior repairs. On a used-Airstream pre-purchase inspection we pay particular attention to shell corrosion, floor rot at the belly pan, and evidence of past leak repair.
What builders and floor plans do you work on?
Every major builder. Airstream, Grand Design (Reflection, Imagine, Transcend), Jayco (Eagle, Jay Feather, White Hawk), Forest River (Rockwood, Flagstaff, Wildwood, Cherokee), Coachmen (Apex, Freedom Express, Catalina), Keystone (Cougar, Passport, Bullet, Hideout), Winnebago (Micro Minnie, Voyage, Access), Palomino, Northwood, Lance, KZ, Heartland, Alliance (Delta, Rogue), and beyond. If you don't see the brand listed, call and ask.
Can you service my trailer at a campground?
Yes. Share the campground, site number and property contact when you schedule. We confirm access and any rules affecting the proposed work.
My slide won't work. Can you fix it on site?
Almost always yes. We carry parts and tools for Lippert cable-slide, Lippert rack-and-pinion, Schwintek in-wall, and hydraulic slide systems. See our slide-out repair page for the specific systems we service.
What about a soft spot in the floor or a leaking roof?
Common on used trailers, and common enough on new ones. We do moisture mapping, source-tracing, and full roof reseal and repair. If the source is a wall, window, or slide, we chase it there instead of assuming.
Can you do a pre-purchase inspection before I buy?
Yes. Pre-purchase inspections are a core part of our business. Dealer lot, private seller's driveway, or wherever the trailer is sitting. See our inspections page for what's covered.
Do you work on toy haulers?
Yes. We service toy hauler living systems and can discuss concerns with ramp doors, seals, garage areas and installed equipment. Share the make, model and work needed so your advisor can confirm the scope.
