These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at rvservicenow.com and any related pages, forms, subdomains, and online services (collectively, the "Site") operated by ABFL2 LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as RV Service Now ("RV Service Now," "we," "us," or "our"). "You" means the person accessing or using the Site.

By accessing or using the Site — including submitting a contact form, requesting service, providing a phone number to receive text messages, or (in the future) providing payment information — you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Separate service agreement. Any paid service RV Service Now performs for you — remote video diagnostics, on-site callouts, same-day or emergency callouts, and inspections — is governed by the RV Service Now Mobile Service Agreement (Form RVSN-100U) that you sign before the service is performed. Those terms, and not these Terms, control the service itself. If there is a conflict between these Terms and the signed Mobile Service Agreement as to a specific service, the Mobile Service Agreement controls.

  1. What the Site is for

The Site is an informational and lead-intake website that lets you learn about RV Service Now, view service areas and offerings, request an appointment, contact us, and — where offered — schedule remote or mobile RV service. The Site is intended for use by individuals located in the United States who are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. If you are not, do not use the Site.

  1. Requesting service and appointment scheduling

When you submit a contact form, service request, or appointment request, you agree that:

  • The information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge, including your name, phone number, email, RV year/make/model, VIN if provided, unit location, and description of the issue;
  • Submitting a request does not create a scheduled appointment. An appointment exists only after RV Service Now confirms it in writing (email or text) and, where required, after a service call fee or deposit has been authorized on a valid payment method;
  • RV Service Now may decline any request in its sole discretion, including because a unit or location is outside our service area, the requested work is outside our scope, staffing is unavailable, or the request does not meet our safety or site-access requirements;
  • Any technical description on the Site is a general description of typical services and is not a diagnosis, quote, or promise of a specific repair outcome. Diagnosis and pricing are provided at the appointment under the Mobile Service Agreement.
  1. Payments (current and future)

The Site does not currently accept online payments. RV Service Now may enable online payment features on the Site in the future — including collecting the service call fee, video diagnostic fee, deposits, or invoice payments by credit or debit card. When those features are available and you use them:

  • Authorization. You authorize RV Service Now (and our payment processor) to charge the payment method you provide for the amount you have agreed to pay, including the service call fee, video diagnostic fee, deposit, and any invoiced balance.
  • Processor. Payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. RV Service Now does not store full payment card numbers on our own servers. Card details are handled by the processor under its terms and privacy policy.
  • Currency. All amounts are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.
  • Refunds. Refund eligibility, deposits, cancellation fees, and no-show or lockout charges are governed by the Mobile Service Agreement, not by these Terms.
  • Failed or disputed payments. If a payment is reversed, charged back, or returned unpaid, you remain liable for the underlying amount plus any fee permitted by Florida law, including the returned-check service charge allowed by Fla. Stat. § 68.065. Past-due balances may accrue interest at the rate permitted by Fla. Stat. § 687.02.
  • No cash on the Site. The Site is a card-only channel; cash payments are not accepted through the Site.
  1. Text messaging (SMS) — TCPA consent

RV Service Now uses SMS text messages to run its business. By giving us your mobile number on the Site — through a contact form, service request, checkbox, or otherwise — you consent to receive text messages from RV Service Now, including from an automatic telephone dialing system, at the mobile number you provide.

The messages you may receive include, without limitation:

  • Service messages: appointment confirmations, technician-on-the-way (ETA) messages, arrival notices, delay or reschedule notices, quote and estimate approvals, invoice and payment reminders, follow-up questions about your job, and warranty notifications.
  • Account messages: identity verification, receipt confirmations, and delivery of forms or agreements for signature.
  • Marketing messages (only if you separately opt in): promotions, seasonal reminders, and new-service announcements.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies with your account activity. RV Service Now does not guarantee that any particular text message will be delivered.

Opt out. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from RV Service Now. You will receive one final confirmation message. Replying HELP returns basic help information and our contact number. Opting out of text messages does not affect your obligation to pay for services already provided or scheduled, and RV Service Now may still contact you by phone or email for service-related matters.

Carriers not liable. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

If you do not want to receive any texts from RV Service Now, do not provide your mobile number on the Site, or reply STOP as described above.

  1. Reviews, photos, and content you submit

If you submit content to the Site — including a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, video, or description of your RV or issue — you grant RV Service Now a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, publicly perform, publicly display, and distribute that content in any media, in connection with our business, marketing, and internal operations. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license and that the content does not infringe or violate any third-party right or law.

RV Service Now may remove or refuse to publish any content at its discretion.

  1. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site in violation of any law or these Terms;
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including a phone number, address, or payment method you are not authorized to use;
  • Access the Site by any automated means (bot, scraper, crawler) other than a good-faith search-engine crawler operating consistent with our robots.txt;
  • Interfere with, disrupt, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any connected system;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code from any part of the Site;
  • Use the Site to send spam, malware, or unlawful communications;
  • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

RV Service Now may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

  1. Intellectual property

The Site — including its text, layout, graphics, logos, icons, photographs, videos, software, and the "RV Service Now" name and marks — is owned by ABFL2 LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and foreign copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to view the Site for your personal, non-commercial use in connection with requesting or receiving our services, no license or right is granted to you. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without RV Service Now's prior written permission.

  1. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to or embed content from third-party websites, tools, or platforms (for example, mapping providers, review sites, payment processors, video-diagnostic platforms, and analytics or advertising vendors). RV Service Now does not control those third parties, does not endorse them, and is not responsible for their content, practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that service's own terms and privacy policy.

  1. No warranty for the Site

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available." RV Service Now makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, about the Site, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, or security. Any technical description, pricing, service area, or availability shown on the Site is for general information only and may change without notice.

Warranties on the services RV Service Now actually performs are governed exclusively by the Mobile Service Agreement, not by these Terms.

  1. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RV Service Now, its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill, even if we have been advised of the possibility of those damages.

To the maximum extent allowed by law, RV Service Now's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to your use of the Site is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Limitations on liability for the services RV Service Now performs are governed by the Mobile Service Agreement.

  1. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RV Service Now and its members, managers, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) any content you submit through the Site; (c) your breach of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

  1. Governing law, venue, and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Pasco County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. You and RV Service Now each waive any right to a jury trial to the extent permitted by law.

Class-action waiver. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any claim will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative action.

Disputes arising from services RV Service Now actually performs (as opposed to your use of the Site) are governed by the dispute-resolution provisions of the Mobile Service Agreement.

  1. Changes to these Terms

RV Service Now may change these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Site with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes will be identified as such on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of a change constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Site.

  1. Miscellaneous
  • Entire agreement (as to the Site). These Terms are the entire agreement between you and RV Service Now regarding the Site, and supersede any prior or contemporaneous understandings. They do not replace the Mobile Service Agreement, which controls the services.
  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
  • No waiver. RV Service Now's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without RV Service Now's prior written consent. RV Service Now may assign these Terms to any successor by merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all its assets.
  • Notices. Notices to you may be given by posting on the Site, by email, or by text message to the contact information you have provided. Notices to RV Service Now must be sent in writing to the address listed in Section 1.
  • Headings. Section headings are for reference only and do not affect interpretation.
